Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Velvet Sway & Co. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, or missing tags/packaging may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These include swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products. Additional items specifically marked Final Sale on the product page are also not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us regarding the return eligibility of your original item and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact Velvet Sway & Co. within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for completing the return.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit-card provider to post the refund.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
